Returns
Due to the nature of ingestible wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Non-Refundable Items
Opened products, used products, gift cards, promotional items, and final-sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
